This is my third tour as the Head Baseball Coach at St. Frederick. I am also the Head Football Coach. I played and graduated from St. Frederick from 1986-1989. I played collegiate baseball at Hinds Jr College and finished my career as a two year letterman after signing with the former Northeast Louisiana University (Now ULM). I played and lettered at ULM in 1992 and 1993.
In 1993 I finished my playing career and was married to my beautiful wife, Carolyn, in May of 1993. In the fall of 1993 I began my first coaching job as Head Baseball Coach at Claiborne Christian School in West Monroe. In the fall of 1994 I was offered and accepted a position to come back to my school, St. Frederick. I have been here ever since with the exception of 3 years that I left to sell Sporting Goods as well as coach at Ruston High School for one year.
I have a daughter, Chandler, who is in 6th grade at Good Hope Middle School and plays travel softball for the Louisiana Rippers 12 & under team. My son, Cullen, attends George Welch Elementary and plays traveling baseball for the LA Thunder as well as being the tailback for the Superbowl winning George Welch Wrangler 9 year old Tackle 1 Football team. |
